We have a script for you to follow, but you MUST also have a basic understanding of American universities and standardized testing in the USA, because customers often have follow-up questions. Dr. Fikar charges a high price for his services because he is the best in the business. He has been tutoring for 30 years and has gotten a student into Harvard via early decision every year for 25 years. He strives for his mentees to get perfect or near perfect scores. It's important to be able to communicate to the customers how successful Dr. Fikar is as a tutor.
