Job Brief:We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our clientele base. As the primary face of our company, you will be entrusted with formulating and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective clients and facilitate demo calls with interested prospects. Key Responsibilities: Initiate conversations with potential Accounting Firm owners and guide them towards scheduling demo calls. Conduct thorough research to identify and engage key prospects, generating interest in our product. Utilize various channels such as inbound leads, outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to source new sales opportunities. Assess and qualify leads, directing qualified prospects to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure. Collaborate with channel partners to bolster the sales pipeline and facilitate deal closures. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and services that align with our solution. Identify potential synergies between our products/services and existing clients, fostering long-term relationships. Expand networks of customers while nurturing existing customer relationships to drive repeat business. Requirements and Skills: Proven track record in business development, sales executive roles, or Inside Sales. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience in customer support is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Excellent command of the English language. Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and follow-up skills. Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
