Find 100 public domain books for children divided by 5 level

I want to collect public domain epub books for Japanese who want to learn English by reading books. I believe that the most effective way to learn English is to read as much books as possible. So,I want you to find 100 public domain "children books" written by English. Here is my conditions. 1, 100 public domain books have to be ".epub" file example,you can find those kind of books here.
