Digital LED Control with a Photon Particle

I need to find someone who is very familiar with the Photon Particle and have them explain to me how to connect digital LEDs and provide control code examples. This is a simple project for anyone who has worked with the Particle before. Specifically I'l looking to control the Sparkfun Lumenati. I will ned to know specifically how to wire the using to the Particle and then be shown which commands control the LEDs in the IDE. If you have not worked with this platform before please do not waste my time with a bid.
