Topic selection for Engineering thesis

I want someone to help me in selection of the thesis topic, generating a thesis proposal and at the end assisting me in writing a complete thesis from construction engineering and management. Topic should be interesting, hot related to current construction industry, have lots of literature, on the basis of which thesis proposal can be generated easily and without any problem. Selected winner will also be awarded to assist me in writing a thesis. I am interested to apply knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and IT on thesis.
