Native mobile application for IOS and Android

Unfortunately I can't be very specific about the app, but it's going to be a native app in the smartphone which contains different discount cards of different dining places. We have a full analysis (in English) of the app, so the building should be fluent and understandable . We are giving the analysis only when the confidentiality Agreement is signed. We are looking developers who are interested in making fame and reputation for themselves.
