Marketing / Business Plan - investor submissions

Hi, I am in the final stages of developing a consumer website and require someone who can write up a business prospectus to target investors. The prospectus for the site which will operate within the Australian/New Zealand Property Industry and will target larger companies which seem to be actively looking for online applications over bricks and mortar business investments. While the site has no direct competitor in it's format there are sites of a similar genera so compatible numbers can be found/given. The industry is also well reported on. Much of the number I am able to provide in discussion or at the very least the location where analysis can be made. The prospectus is to be engaging and while it will have to have solid print it should also be engaging with visual stimulation. Branding is already set up with marketing formats. Site details and further information will be provided to the successful bidder. What I am looking for; Very good verbal and written skills for English Normally I consider first timers, but this one needs a freelancer with previous business to investor prospectus experience who understands what investors look for. Provision of previous works. Confidentiality. Communication through skype, email. Able to operate within a time line and an ability to think outside the box. If I have to do everything then I might as well do it myself
