WordPress Site Needs Improvement

The WordPress site on a private serve needs improvement. The site needs some minor touch up as well. Major upgrades: 1: The site has over 10,000 listing directories posts. Need to add the following features to the search capability of the site. Able to search listings based on the category, and based on the location by country, zip code, and radius mile. The site is international business listings. Include the listing search engine ability in the top middle section of the home page. 2: Needs Front Ended ability to post articles and news to the site. a. Users should be able to enter their Name, URL to their bio page, Email address (hides from public), Post Title, Post Tags, Post Category, Anti-Spam/Captcha, Post content, Include URL in their post text, Post Content, Featured Image, and In Text Image (Maximum set to 3). b. Post Status of submitted posts as “Draft”, and “Publish Immediately”. c. Includes roles as guest post contributor, authors, and editor. d. Also each user receives a special four digit code on top of Anti-Spam/Captcha that needs to enter to submit their post. If this special 4 digit code that assigned to the user does not enter in the box the post does not deliver to our dashboard, and being blocked. Please Note: No access to any user through any mean should be given to individuals in the admin area, and no post should be received without entering the secret code “for example the 4 digit number”. Minor upgrades: 1. Number of pages in the bottom of page goes from left to right. Currently is listed as 3,2,1 instead change to 1,2,3. 2. Remove bottom Logo 3. Change header logo. 4. Add ability to change popular listing menu on the left side of the site manually. 5. Add social media icon to the upper right corner of the site.
