Woocommerce payment gateway and 2 delivery gateways

I need someone to create a Woocommerce payment gateway to service checkout.fi. From them I can get technical material. Also I need delivery gateways for Finnish Posti and Matkahuolto. For these two I will also provide info about technical details and interface wht I can get from them. I would be great I these plugins/gateways could have Licensing system that I would be able to sell the plugin for my clients but they won´t be able to give it forward. Suggestion are welcome how to do this. The one that I shall pick is going to get more jobs for Woocommerce in future similar like this.
Just to clearify I need someone to create payment gateway to Finnish service called "Checkout.fi" and 2 delivery method gateways for Finnish Posti and Finnish Matkahuolto. So there are 3 separate extensions/plugins. I only need those extensions for Woocommerce as to be able to be installed separately and if possible some way to have licensing system built in to them or explain me a way to use one. I got messages that offered whole websites with woocommerce and everything installed but those kind of services are not needed. Also if those extensions are built in a way that use po/mo-files so they can be translated that would be great!
