You can take a look at those 2 sites to get an idea then I will give you the layout and color scheme and structure of the site . content provider registration and API as well as very extensive admin/cms is is very important. . analytics for admin and content providers are extremely important. I am open to doing this in VueJs , NodeJs and Ionic( for native apps so the same code run on all platforms. your bid is your final price, so DO NOT try to ask for more money . Any additional funds would be at my discretion if I like the work you are doing and your progress. you must be willing to work long term . I do NOT want anything to do with FLASH
