Simple WordPress Plugin for show Popup Dialog with my requested data from database after one command from another server has sent the related data to the WordPress server

Project Requirement: 1) Design one Linux Script with netcat (nc) or standard C program for sending the "Caller ID" from my Asterisk IP-PBX to the WordPress Web server. The Linux Script Command options will look like "send_hostip_callerid". 2) The WebPress Web server need one simple Server Daemon to receive the "Caller ID" sent from my Asterisk IP-PBX by "send_hostip_callerid". The Server Daemon on WordPress Web Server need to support multiple concurrent incoming connections or you can use the CGI program of the WordPress Web Server to handle this job. After this daemon or CGI program has received the "Caller ID" from "send_hostip_callerid" on Asterisk PBX, it must save the "Caller ID" and current "Date & Time" on MySQL database at once. After saving, this daemon must trigger the WordPress Plugin to pop up one Windows to show the data mentioned on item #3 below. If at the same time, there are many incoming calls by many "send_hostip_callerid", the daemon on WordPress Web Server must handle all of them and show all my requested data by one by one on the list in one SAME Pop Up Window where every record's data can use ONE LINE to divide for easier view. If the Popup Windows has been closed, it must be opened automatically again with previous history if one new call is coming in by "send_hostip_callerid". NOTICE: The plugin must support the newest version of WordPress. 3) On WordPress Web Server, I need one WordPress Plugin to allow me to enter all my requested "Description Names", "Field Names" and lengths of "Data Field". This plugin can allow me to create unlimited number of "Description Names" with "Field Name" & Lengths of "String Data Field" until I have entered "NIL" on the "Description Name" field or "NIL" in ""Field Name" or "0" on "Data Field Length" field. This WordPress Plugin must allow administrator role and "Shop Manager" or assigned users to access all functions of this plugin. And the Data Fields can allow me to enter HTML contents. 4) The above WordPress Plugin must also log who is logging in this Popup page with date/time until he/she has logged out. It must also record when he/she has logged out this page. Shop Manager or Administrator role can access this database via another URL for checking who & when the users have logged in and logout this page. Both Administrator role, Shop Manager role and assigned users can access the history logs of all incoming calls after they have logged in Wordpress. 5) One simple Search engine via another URL to allow me to search all fields and then show them on another page. 6) Need source codes for all above programs 7) Need support for fixing bugs or any unknown problems 8) Support Period such as 3 months or half years or 1 year of free support is needed 9) Find-tuning or upgradable with new features by paying additional fee is needed in future !!
