This is demo site for my sons school project, not a commercial site. One URL to view one page for one user only. (No database required but needs to save the single user profile data on the server) Step 1) Customer navigates to URL to show empty user profile page. Step 2a) Customer uses 'Sign Up' feature to create a password and add and 'save' new user profile data. Step 2b) Customer uses 'Log In' feature to enter saved password and 'save' edits to existing user profile data. Step 2c) Customer uses 'Log In' feature to enter saved password and 'delete' existing user profile data and re-set password to empty. Step 3) Other user navigates to URL to see some saved user profile data, (some is private). Step 3b) Other user can use 'Contact' button to generate a pop up input box, enter a message which is then sent by email and SMS using the phone number and email address saved in the user profile data. See wireframe attached. Server, URL and logo graphic to be supplied. I haven't shown the sign up process in the wireframe as I am flexible and may be willing to use any existing approach you have already 'built'. I don't mind using an existing SMS/email service if this feature is difficult to write from scratch. Website is as simple as the wireframe shows but must be optimised for use with mobile devices.

If database is not required, then the info could be stored on the server as well. The email sending feature should be a simple php process whereas for the sms, sms gateway api service might need to be used.
