RFQ Management system

Hello, Our application is a small RFQ management system. Please find below the process and requirements of the application: The mobile application shall be hybrid html5 and the solution shall be secured with three months support Sales Representative (Mobile App iOS/Android): 1. Logs in (login accounts are provided by admin) 2. Fill a basic form 3. Takes photos using their mobile or attach them 4. (Submit) Request Quotation Supervisor (Web /Same app Mobile iOS/Android): 1. Receives alert (push notification) 2. Prepares quotation type Labor price and parts description, quantity, prices manually - not from a list 3. System calculates commission based on a basic formula (tier based on total price and configured from admin) 4. Submit quotation Sales Representative: 1. Receives alert (push notification) 2. Views quotation and commission 3. If approved by customer, type confirmation number, and confirmed amount and then submit 4. If not approved by customer, type choose cancelled and choose the reason for cancellation (from drop down list configured by the admin) Admin (Web /Same app Mobile iOS/Android): 1. On each Quotation, Can type Invoice Number and Invoiced amount (these info from another internal system, and will be typed manually no integration required) 2. Submit Sales Representative: 1. Receives alert (push notification) 2. Views invoiced Quotations 3. Views commission (Only invoiced quotations confirmed) Screens Service advisor will view three pages: 1. Quotation request page (Edit) 2. Quotations history (View only) can be filtered 3. Commission History (View only) Supervisor will view two pages: 1. New RFQs - Quotation build up (Edit) 2. Quotations History (view only) Admin will view two pages: 1. Quotations pending for Invoice Numbers (Edit) 2. Quotations history (View only) 3. Delayed quotations alerts Managers Dashboard: 1. Quotations history (View only) 2. Invoiced Quotations history (View only) 3. Time of quotation request submission 4. Time of quotation submission 5. Conversion rate: Quotation to Confirmations 6. Conversion rate: Confirmations to invoices 7. Custom period Customer version (mobile ios/android): 1. No log in 2. Fill a form 3. Insert customer name 4. Insert customer email 5.
