Project 05: Adding, deleting and viewing clients (PHP+MySQL)

At the moment I have the design ready for a part of the website where users can (after login) see, edit and delete clients and contacts. But, it's only the design, now it needs to get working with the PHP pages and the MySQL database. I have PHP pages for: - Show all clients in a list with pagination at the bottom, the pagination should only be visible when there are more than 10 clients in the list. With the option to sort the list by clicking on the column title. In this list there are 3 buttons after every row for viewing, deleting or editing the client. - Show a client. With 2 buttons for deleting or editing the client. 3 of the labels can be edited on this page itself. - Add a client. With drop down and input fields. - Edit a client. With drop down and input fields. I can supply you with login details to show you how the pages look like if you want. Please ask me if you want to see it before or while making a bid. You won't get access to my server. I can provide you with the PHP pages that I'm using and the database information. You have to work with my design, so don't start implementing all kind of own ideas. I just want the above without any discussions.
