PHP programmer required

I am looking for a PHP programmer to modify/fix the myspace clone script I already have..its a custom script which was developed by some people and as expected they didnt finish it completely..most of the modules are done. Heres what you'll need to do 1)Fix the code and comment well so other people can understand it well 2)Change the site design ( HTML templates will be provided) 3)Install the website on my server ( there is no installer in the script so I dont know how to install it) 4)Create an installer so other people can install it 5)Improve the admin panel Here are my terms DO NOT bid if you dont agree to any 1)NO ADVANCE WILL BE [login to view URL] DONT ASK ME AGAIN AND AGAIN I 've been scammed by plenty of retards here 2)You must have a nice portfolio..no newbies/ 3)Good designers only ..YOU KNOW WHERE YOU STAND( NO SHADOW PEOPLE ;) 4)Site can be developed on your server and once I PAY you you can move it to my server. 5)YOU MUST BE ONLINE AT LEAST 4 hours a day (EASTERN STANDARD TIME) 6)I must be updated every 3 days through email 7)I DONT CARE if your computer got a virus,you are sick,a buddy of yours got into accident,MSN/Yahoo/AIM doesnt work.I have seen enough excuses. 8)I am looking for people who WILL do this and not who CAN do this.
