Job Lot - Website edit without using emulator. Developer needed

Hi Our original developer left to do Deliveroo but left us with some final pieces of work to be done on our sites. The previous freelancer that worked on our site added plugins to make page design easier. However, we have also seen an increase in the amount of spam that we are receiving through our members requests. This was not the case before. I think the emulator and plugins he added are vulnerable to spam. We require someone to come in and finish our websites by installing and configurating our plugins. The task needed to be completed are below. We have a deadline of 1 week and would like to spend £150 - £200 to complete.
