We are a law firm looking to automate our fee agreement via HotDocs. Automation includes simple biographical data replication, multiple choice-if/then/else logic, as well as some basic accounting functions. We would like to be able to use google form generated data to be pulled into the hotdocs database. Contractor must have HotDocs 11 developer software. Contractor must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bilingual Spanish would be a plus but not required. Prior experience in HotDocs programming of legal documents an added bonus. Depending on performance, contractor may be invited to provide ongoing service to existing / expanded libraries

I have particular expertise in the development of HotDocs documents for legal purposes and have developed hundreds of templates like Agreements, Wills, Trust documents, Demand Letters, Divorce documents, etc. I am an expert in HotDocs programming with thorough knowledge of Multiple Choice variables, computaions text variables, True False variables, IF-ELSEIF-ENDIF logic. I have HotDocs11 software on my computer and I am fluent in both spoken and written English. I have gone through the attached KLO Agreement document and have reviewed the requirements and have created a couple of interview screens. I can deliver the complete automated document via HotDocs and testing in 1 week. If given a chance, I can prove my performance and would like to extend the services to the existing/expanding library.
