1. Using GravityForms and WPML ([login to view URL]) plug-in, design (the attached) multi-pages multilingual (2) form to capture prospective students’ application for admission (example: [login to view URL]), email notification for each new submission and provide PDF dynamic version of the modified original PDF Admission Form. Detailed description of form modifications (added/removed, relabelled field/, format, validation rules, conditional logic, flows...) will be provided during the project execution; 2.
