Hey, thanks for checking out this project. I would like to make an HTML form that accomplishes the following: 1) Allows respondents to fill out text fields, check boxes, and choose from a date picker. 2) Populate response data into a Google spreadsheet 3) Allow respondents to go back and edit their previously completed forms (and see their previous responses in the form itself) 4) Update response data in Google spreadsheet

Hi, I'd be happy to help you create this tool. It's very straightforward. I work with the Google Sheets API all the time to do similar things. I have a couple of questions.
