I have a website that is partially built - however the person I was working with has let me down. My client has provided me with a PSD file of the site and I need the site completed ASAP. Please let me know in your bid how long you propose it will take - time is of the essence. The site can be seen here - [login to view URL] The site concept is attached. If you cannot create this site, to match the attached site concept, within a few days, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
