Change design of old site and clean up files.

Hi I have an old website [login to view URL] It is a small website and the files are template based. I need someone to update the design to a look and respond like this website [login to view URL] You are free to copy the code from the 2nd website as I have permission to do so. In addition there will be a few modification to the such as banner placements and placements of elements. (Nothing major) In addition the website is an only website that has had a few modifications over time. I want you to comprise a list of unused files if any so I can delete them. Please note code must be optimized and any unused css style elements should be removed. All style elements should be placed in 1 file. Project must be complete in 1-2 days max.
