Build me a website using Wordpress -- 2

What is needed for my website: - There will be two different sign-in and sign up, one for costumers and one for the consultants. For the consultants, they need to sign up with their: Phone number, email address and user name (the user could be either their email address or phone number). As for consumers, they can sign in using their social media accounts or they can register the same way as the consultants. - The main language for the website is Arabic, and it could be English section as well. - There need to be a payment gate away so the consumers can pay for the services they are receiving from the consultants. There can be an option for the consultants where they can specific their rates. If it is free, then the consumer can check out without having to enter their payment information. The consumer can select more than one service at a time. - The consultant may have a calendar where they specify the times they are free at, so the consumer can select the best time that suits them. As for a communication method, I prefer to send a link for both the consumer and the consultant to have a meeting at the exact time using either zoom or any other platform. - The page of the consultants could have all of their information and experiences. So the consumer can select whatever constant that meets their requirements. The consumer can search using key words such as financial analyst or economic advisor to make it easier to select the best advisor. - There can be two ways the consumer can select their consultant. It can be either by selecting a forum where they fill in an application and send it to us if they are not sure which consultant may work better for them. Or, they can go ahead and select any consultant they find it suitable for their issue. - I want to also have an option for packages, so anyone can buy them and gift it to someone else. - The website needs to be hosted, I already have the domain
