I need a simple web app developed that interfaces with a mongodb. It's a very simple web app that should be built with either PHP or Python (preferred), which allows for data upload through an online form or a csv file. The webapp should also allow for the displaying, editing and exporting of data. The database itself is only a couple of fields in size, very straightforward.
