Hello , I need a download website with Laravel framework latest version + mysql database which all UI are designed so you should just convert it to Laravel. Users should login to website for downloading files . Chrome extension is going to install on browser and in top ten download website if users want to download a file from there , it should save the url and count . When count for the file is upper than a fixed number , the server should download it by it self and suggest admin to add the download post.
