I have a laravel project and I need some help with the design/animations work. I developed the backend and everything works fine. I also have the basic outlook of the website. I need someone to make the website more clean/nicer with bootstrap or css and add some animations to freshen up the website. For example, something that appears on the page, change of color when hovering, a nice timeline,... You have creative freedom, but keep in mind that it is a SERIOUS website, so nothing too crazy. I would appreciate the help since design is not my strong suit.
