Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and [login to view URL] assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor. Requirements: 8+ Years’ experience with Adobe/ Magento Commerce Enterprise Edition Ability to map business requirements into the technical capabilities of the eCommerce platform as well as guide the Client’s business needs back to the appropriate use of the platform. Current developer and architect certification on Magento Commerce Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills Proven track record of obtaining and exceeding goals Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate Expert level knowledge of Demandware B2C Ecommerce functionality Expert-level knowledge of Ecommerce Best Practices for Internationalization and Localization Experience with at least 10 full cycle Magento Enterprise engagements from blueprint through launch Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Day to Day Responsibilities: You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation. You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment. You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations. You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in your community.
