Add BBCode hardcode to phpBB 3.1.x forum

I need to add some BBCodes hardcoded directly in the phpBB forum code. I know I can add BBCodes through the forum ACP directly from my admin panel but I don't want to do that. I really need it to be add in the source code. You can find any documentation with this on the Internet, but for now, I can already tell you what I need : 1. Add a [centrer]text[/centrer] that will center the text. Code to use : <div style="text-align: center;">{TEXT}</div> 2. Add a [action]text[/action] that will color and make the text italic with some extra <text>. Code to use : <span style="color: #f0793d; font-style: italic;">&lt;{TEXT}&gt;</span> 3. Add a [HRP]Text[/HRP] that will apply a special presentation to the text. Code to use : <dl style="margin-left: 2px; border: 1px solid #b5752b; font-size: 0.9em; font-weight: normal; color: #CCCCCC; box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px 1px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4);"><dt style="font-weight: bold; color: #FFFFFF; background-color: #b5752b; padding: 4px 4px 4px 10px;">HRP</dt><dd style="padding: 10px; color: #CCCCCC; background-color: #252525;">{TEXT}</dd></dl> 4. Add a <option select...> that will just apply selected colors to the text. Example : <select name="xxx" class="bbcode-size" onchange="bbfontstyle('[size=' + [login to view URL][[login to view URL]].value + ']', '[/size]');[login to view URL] = 2;" title="{L_BBCODE_F_HELP}"> <option value="50">{L_FONT_TINY}</option> <option value="85">{L_FONT_SMALL}</option> <option value="100" selected="selected">{L_FONT_NORMAL}</option> I provide the files to edit attached to the job. It's up to you to install phpBB and make the tests by your own before deliver the code. When you think you're good, you show me the files I'll upload on my local production server. If it's good, we'll continue together for some other work.
