Employment Job Postings and XML Feeds

This project is about helping companies and job seekers meet. We're offering companies the ability to post an unlimited number of jobs on our career sites, and we will actively promote their open jobs, not only on our site but around the Internet. I need a WordPress plugin designed to accept job postings, publish the ads, and create XML feeds of the jobs postings This project can be defined into 4 Parts: Part 1: General Stuff Part 2: Input form to collect data from employers. Part 3: Publish the job ad as a WordPress post. Part 4: Publish jobs ads in an XML format as required by [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Free Job Posting and Promotion Project. Use [short code] to place the input form onto a WordPress Page 2. Create an configuration page for the Plugin for the needed admin inputs and settings 3. Employer must be logged in to post an ad 4. Ad should be deleted after 45 days and removed from the .XML feeds. 5. Configuration area has input box for admin defined information to be included at the bottom of each ad 6. You will need to design the input form, and the way the ad is nicely displayed in a post page. 7. Should work within a variety of WordPress template designs. Nice to haves for Part 1: 1. Employer is emailed with details of the ad including the URL of the ad 2. Employer is added to auto responder details for my email service (Interspire) Part 2: Taking the Job information from the Employer 1. Data to be collected by the employer posting the job or to be included as hidden data on the input form. Publisher - Hidden Field - Defined by Admin on Configuration Page Publisher URL - Hidden Field - Defined by Admin on Configuration Page URL of Job - Hidden Field - Crated by the Permalink of the Post. 2. Items to be diplayed on the form the employer sees. Items with * are required: Employer Name * Job Category from drop down. Drop Down options defined by Admin on Configuration Page * Job Title * Job Description * URL of the job's detail description. In otherwords, the (permalink) to the job * Job Location - City * Job Location - State Zip Code * Job Location - Country * Date the Job was first Published * Unique Job Code or Reference Number Suggested Data to add Salary Education Experience Category Part 2: Publish the Ad as WordPress Post 1. Publish each job to the site under the category of Featured Jobs. 2. Automatically create a subcatroy based on Selection in the Drop Down 3. Automatically create a sub categories based on State and City 4. Output the job data into a nicely structured format including all the data input by the employer. See rough example below. 5. Optimize the Meta Title of the page by including the <Drop Down Data> <Title as Input by Employer> <State> <City> Job 6. Gneral format of the job posting. Label in Bold <Job Title> in H1 Job Location: <City>, <State> <Zip, if input> Job Status: Open Job Description: <Data> Job Category: <Data from drop down> Salary (if input): <Data, if input> Education (if input): <Data, if input> Job Code: <Data> Date First Published: <Data> Job Status: Available < Admin Defined Content from Configuration Page> Part 4: Create .XML feeds for [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and optionally and third one, using the following criteria: 1. For [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] - Data needs to be supplied in the format and order as defined by the XML specification on the Indeed website. 2. For [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] - Data needs to be supplied in the format and order as defined by the XML specification on the SimplyHired website. 3. For General Web Purposes: In case eiher of those are not valid, standard feeds, create a thrid fred for general Web purposes and make that one available under Featured Jobs.
