Design Simple eBay/PayPal/Profit Calculator in PHP

Greetings, As a hobby I sell items on ebay. Being that I am familiar with Excel, I have created an Excel file that allows me to calculate my total profits. I have all the calculations for ebay and paypal fees incorporated, shipping fees, etc. I have organized it very well and includes all of the necessary details in each cell. Frustratingly, I cannot bring my PC to work or add files to my hard drive. What I would like to do is have you create an EXACT COPY of my Excel file so that I could post it online on my website and access it there instead. It would be much more convenient for me. I will forward you the Excel file once we agree to work on the project. I suppose it would be best to use PHP or possibly PERL, however, please understand that I need the file in a format that is readable by Internet Explorer and/or Firefox. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
