Upload Wordpress Theme

This is simply a job to upload an existing wordpress template that I bought. Everytime I do it it gets error messages and I am sick of wasting all my time trying to figure it out. I am not interested in troubleshooting it as I don't have the time. I have the template and all it requires is to be uploaded and whatever is stopping it from working to be fixed. I have very limited internet access and am behind a .gov firewall so I that is one reason I have been having troubles The theme is [login to view URL] I want this done ASAP as I was supposed to spend the weekend uploading content but instead wasted it getting very frustrated.
