Turn a .psd file into a WP template

Hello freelancers, As a web agency specialized in customer relations and considering our current workload, we need to outsource some of our smaller projects. The first project (yeah if satisfied we would have more coming in terms of WP and Joomla integrations) is a simple website that we need to build using WP. We have designed the blog homepage as well as an article and would like to convert it to a WP template. Each menu item is color-coded as you'll see in the PSDs: - blog-style homepage: [login to view URL] - article page: [login to view URL] In this template, we also need a full-width page as well as page w/ sidebar template. As this is urgent work, we need this template done by the end of the week. Feel free to ask questions if needed. Also, please don't copy n' paste a generic pitch without reading and understanding what is really needed.
