PSD to Twitter Bootstrap Responsive Wordpress Theme

Project Description: We need a Wordpress HTML5 CSS3 expert to create a Responsive Wordpress theme template from our designs for our client. You must be familiar building using Twitter Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML5, the layout (responsive layout for all devices including iPad Mini) must be capable of working in small and bigger screens using CSS Media Queries. We will supply all PSD files: - 1. Home page - 2. Page 2 (full width page) - 3. Page 3 (full width page) - 4. Blog Page (2/3 width – 1/3 right sidebar) (sidebar auto moves under blog content in mobile view) - 5. Contact Page including (full-width page – USE Contact Form 7 + CAPTCHA) - Footer area includes a video slider widget that needs to be easily controlled from the Wordpress admin so the client can upload their video or place a YouTube/Vimeo video embed code (this slider should also operate on a jQuery timer and should have no limit to the amount of videos uploaded) visually the thumbnail slider will look similar to the one seen in this image: [login to view URL] - Must include the Slider on the home page. All content im Home page needs to be accessible in the admin for quick changes by the client after the site is complete. - Include many widgitized areas so we can easily make changes once built. - Includes Visual Composer – DEMO [login to view URL] - Obviously, must be Tableless CSS. - Code must be fully commented. - Must be compatible with all major browsers (Firefox, IE7, IE8, Safari, Opera, Chrome) - Prefer all buttons to be rendered in CSS, instead of images - We would like this project completed shortly, within a week. - It will be staged on our server and you will migrate it to the client server. - You will also do the installation on our client’s server once the staging site is completed. Payments: - 33% Milestone released after initial HTML slice and dice. - 33% Milestone released after we see running on Wordpress on your server, and we have see version running on iPhone / iPad / Android Devices, etc…. - 34% Final payment released once 3rd rounds of corrections and tweeks have been completed. NOTE: the final site must match our PSDs exactly and be pixel perfect. We expect quality work!!
