I need my banner uploaded on my wordpress theme

Very simple project- I just downloaded and installed the GRID theme for my wordpress site. My site can be seen at [login to view URL] I have a banner (attached below) I created that I need uploaded and the "GRID" logo to be removed. I also need my social media buttons connected (there is a place for that in the setting section- just not sure what the proper URL is to make it work). Lastly, the design repeats my pages on the top- I just want it to show up once. Simply job- will only take 1 day at max for someone who knows what they are doing- Please write "SimplyLili" in your message or I will ignore due to spamming. I am offer max $30 for this. Thanks
