Ok, I don't really know how much this would cost but I was gonna try to do it myself but due to time constraint, I want to see if it'll be better to just pay someone to do it for it. I have little budget so if this turns out to be expensive then i'll just cancel the project and do it myself later on. I need to update my current wordpress theme. Its been pretty old and has formatting issues due to a lot of changes to wordpress so I would like to just create a new one based off the wordpress default twenty twelve or twenty thirteen theme so all the new wordpress changes and functionality will be available. But i want the theme to still look like my old theme so I will provide the layout and images/graphics.
