Logo Design

Looking for someone to design a logo to identify a highly modified version of osCommerce called LoadedAU which is a shopping cart solution aimed at Australian merchants. Our core business has a snow related past so we would like to incorporate our history into the logo's design The logo will need to reflect the origins of our script being from osCommerce, without encroaching on their copyright design, while perhaps incorporating the look and feel of our own company logo. The logo needs to be in a sizing format that suits a banner or header image so wider than higher in its format I would like to see a mockup of logos before choosing the winning bidder because as you can appreciate this is an artistic project and i need to ensure the winning bidder is on the same wave-length as we are. Both images are attached in the downloadable zip for reference. I require the completed logo to be in a fully editable PSD format so that i can create various size gif and jpg files from it for marketing and brand identification If you have any queries please ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
