Joomla Site Finalisation

I have almost completed a Joomla site for client [login to view URL] I need some assistance to complete it. All I require is some help with modules. I have mainmenu items that all link to the same "Join Now" page. If a user is registered, I want the same menu to appear but to link to the correct pages. I need an urgent fix.
