Configure RAID1 & firewall on my new Windows 2003 Std. server

Need a Server person to fine tune my new Windows 2003 Std. server (i'll order a new one today). Its has 2 X 73GB SCSI hard drives. I need someone to install (1) RAID 1, disk mirroring and (2) configure and Verify firewall. Only experienced persons apply. The primary drive should have two partitions - one for OS/database (around 10GB) and the remaining for data storage. After this work is completed, I will install my application and MSSQL on it, just for your information. Question: Can the raid1 be just for the primary partition (10-15GB) and not for the data storage part, or is it advisable that it should be for both?
