Website with user accounts that can post funny youtube videos

Hi all, We need a website, I have the design which is this template [login to view URL] We use this design and css but there need to be some things changed moved or removed so you need to be able to work with this premade css and customize it. Then we need a user account system so that users can post youtube links on a page on our site together with a title and this will then be processed and embedded on our site. You can see the template has some rankings and categories/labels for videos this should all work. Furthermore we have a simple news section where admin can post news and there will also an funny images section. (not every option you see on the template is gonna be there, so no blog etc) Everything should be connected with facebook connect, so the comments come from there, no internal comment system. Users can register via facebook and our site. We prefer this site to be based on some mainstream build like wordpress or anything good for this because we want it to be done fast and handle alot of visitors. We are extremely on a tight schedule so we want someone proffessional and most important knowing what he is doing. We have more projects running so if you are serious you can expect many more to come. Thanks
