Web Design Work For Magento Website

I need to have four things fixed on my website. I can pay $30. I need someone to work on the following things for my Magento website: 1.) I had another web developer work on my site to speed up the load time of my homepage, but now my slideshow moves too fast. I need to fix it so that my slideshow on my homepage looks normal. 2.) I need to create the ability to translate currency on my site from USD to other currencies for other countries. The technology for translating currency is already included in my magento website but I am not sure if I need a Magento plugin or something in order to the currency translation fully functional. 3.) My website is only set up for nationwide shipping within the US. I need my site to be able to accept international shipping. 4.) My website looks different in different browsers. I've only noticed a few minor things so far. For example the slideshow moves too fast in Chrome. The slideshow looks more normal in Internet Explorer but the text on the homepage doesn't load correctly in Internet Explorer and sometimes it doesn't load correctly in Chrome. I need my website to look the same across all browsers.
