Student/player results reporting

YOU ARE BIDDING ON PHASE 1 ONLY- I expect you to recommend the [login to view URL] output (SQL, Excel, Access DB, Web) Phase 1- Build a student results analysis tool. The front end will be a form for student data entry. First, the School information is entered. 2nd the class information, 3rd the team information and 4th is the student information. The information entered for the student will include the Grade, School and team they are associated with. I want to enter each students grades into the tool each week. As the students grades are entered the grades are rolled up to the team, class and the School so the reports will show the entire Schools grades combined, the Classes grades combined, team grades and the individual student grades. I want it to show trends for that student for each week data is entered. Example- XYZ School is entered. Grade 2,3,4,5 is entered. Than, John is a new student at xyz school. John is in 5th grade. John is on the red team. From here, any data entered for john will be rolled up to the red Team, 5th grade and than the school. Once the school and grade and team and student are registered, the data entry screen includes all of the students in their respective group. Example- John and Mike and Sally are members of the red team and Sue and Bill and Joe are members of the blue team. The competition today is between the red and blue team so the data entry screen will have John, Mike, Sally (red) and Sue, Bill and Joe (blue) on the single screen for quick data entry at the student level. As the data is entered it is kept in the overall database. Than it's just reporting off of that data set. That reporting is to for the all levels of data in the system... school, class, team and student. This way I can show how the school, grade team or student doing at any given time. I want to be able to show trending reports so at any level (School, grade, team or student) how they are doing from week to week or over time. Example- This week John on the red team in grade 5 had a goal, an assist, a positive pass, 3 negative passes, 5 positive hits. Last week he had 0 goals, 0 assists, zero positive passes, 2 negative passes etc... John is trending upward in his grades. I want the report to be graphical perhaps in bar chart format showing the week to week or month to month trending. Phase 1 will only be 1 school, 2 classes, 2 teams per class, 5 kids per team so 10 kids total... Only 10 data entry fields. NO CALCULATIONS in Phase 1. This phase is nothing more than data entry with reporting straight off that data for now. YOU ARE BIDDING ON PHASE 1 Only Phase 2 will have calculations added to the metrics. A web based interface, workflow, Content Mgmt tool and other more advanced reporting capabilities.
