Hello, I am looking for a talented freelancer to help build a series of forms. The form will have the design/feel from the link seen here: [login to view URL] Some key points: -We will provide all the questions, options and formats for the form. -We will provide the images and code from the current layout. -We will want a few different forms with a variety of questions to be built. -Forms should be editable with a basic understanding of HTML. -Some questions may be formatted into columns. -Form should send email to a predefined address and send a thank you email to whomever fills it out. Again – I have basic understanding of HTML and I wanted to be able to edit these forms and build new ones once a framework is in place. The successful freelancer will be whomever responds with an answer to how I can have a system to build and scale these forms using basic HTML formatting. If you send me a list of your work without answering this question I will not select you. Thanks, Daniel

Hi, I will create the forms using just HTML for the main structure and I will use separate CSS to give the desired appearence, so you will be able to copy and paste all the items into new documents, also every single form will have a clear documentation, so it will be easy to understand where the form starts and ends.

G'day mate, I realise this bid might be a little higher and a little larger time frame than a lot of the others but I hope that doesn't scare you off! Looks like a fairly simple brief so it shouldn't be a problem to get done for you! A little bit of complex coding is required so that you can adjust it using HTML (instead of having to edit the PHP script) but I don't think we should run into any major problems. All my work is custom and I only take on a couple of projects at a time, so I'm pretty focused on creating something which really suits your requirements. I can start immediately and have the project completed in four weeks, plus I will stick around afterwards just to make sure everything goes smoothly.
