U.S. Representation for you, in excahnge for work!

Hi, I am a student in United State and own a web design firm that outsources. I am on a very low budget and have some ideas for sites that i need built. These sites could make a lot of money for both of us. In addition I will market you in the U.S. I am proposing that I will be your partner and find work in the U.S. and advertise for you. My company will take a % of the profit. I also need a few sites built. I will either need these built for free, in exchange for marketing in U.S. for you, or would be willing to make a deal and be partners. i would supply customers, you would build site. Together we could both make a lot of money. It would help if you have data extraction skills and could supply me with leads to supply us with customers.
