Project Description: We need a new website like Facebook. (Please must check to this site.) New site is SNS for pets. User can communicate each other. ---------------------- definition of term *user=who have website ID *not member user=who doesn't have website ID ---------------------- -This site is almost same as Facebook system. But it's more simple and easy. -Everybody can see user's page. But only users can send message on this website. -Users need MY PAGE. They can make own page, can change their information and can use message system. MY PAGE need ID and password. -The website has a public side and an admin area. Users can log repairs via the website. Administrators can maintain the list of users along with their associated email address and address. Database will be required. also the database need ID and password. -We have a limited budget on this project. If you bid please make sure your bid is final, this is a fixed price project. -Please make the site will be available in Japanese and English. But you don't need to use Japanese. After you make the site on English, will change to Japanese on by us. -We have some clip art. you don't have to make clip art design. -The website will be developed using the latest HTML / PHP techniques and CSS programming standards to ensure future compatibility across all platforms. A fully functional content management system must allow for seamless and fast updates to be made to the website but also compatible with other core functionality required and multiple in house user accounts for CMS access and email system. The framework provided must be scalable, allowing for the other languages to be updated and viewed and other in house users added and removed. -You will provide us with all design files, source code, etc, we will own all copyright.
