Need changes to wordpress/thesis theme

I've installed the gd star rating plugin and need some help. (I'm open to other plugins if it doesn't do what I need). I'm using the thesis theme so all changes to wordpress need to be done in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (unless the changes are done within the gd star rating plugin). I'm also setting this up on a test site so I'll need to know exactly what was done so I can re-produce it on my live site. Here is what I need done. 1. I need a page that will displays the top rated posts (top 10 or 20) and a page that displays the most reviewed posts. 2. I then need a menu under the logo that links to these pages. This will be a 2nd menu as I've already got one in the upper right. 3. I have one category that I'd like its posts excluded from being reviewed or rated. 4. I'd like the rating to be added to the home page posts. I'll release the milestone when those for items are done. Send me a message If you need more info or a link to the site.
