develop social network website for art talents

This project is called 'Rockpaperscissors project'. Our team is currently doing fundraising campaign and it will end at the end of august, and now we are looking for company to develop a website for this. Here are the few details about the website: 1. It is a social network for art talents. (voice, writer, cartoonists, etc) 2) People can sign up for free 3) They can add people/interact posting on each other's wall. 4) Talent can sell artworks/services on their page 5) Discussion forum/ 6) People can post jobs (art related), talent can bid 7) Payment transaction via Paypal Homepage of website: 1) It is very simple, similar like stumbleupon. Just logo, sign in, sign up as artist or client. Talent's page/profile 1) Picture, name & short bio 2) Job title 3) Wall post(to update status, availability, new services offered. 4) Artworks/art services offered (max to 5) 5) Number of friends Jobs page 1) typical freelance sites Homepage after logged in 1) similar like facebook but more simpler. page for services same like hourlies.
