Re-design PHP/MySql website and BUILD Android App

I have a project that I need to have completed in a good time frame. I have lost time due to awarding this project to the wrong company. Tasks: 1. My current site is in need of a re-design. 2. Build a great Android app, AFTER re-design of website. 3. Only serious bids from serious providers! I am looking for a company that has the following (NOT A ONE PERSON SHOP): 1. Vision. 2. You are willing to speak out if I have a bad idea and you know what works and what fails, your experience should have you at this level. 3. Great coding practices and no holes open for security threats. ****4. You MUST, MUST, MUST communicate with me on a daily basis, with a QUICK SUMMARY of current status. Weekends and Holiday status not required. ****5. I need fast quality turn around. 6. You will not send me anything to test UNLESS you have tested it first. 7. You must know how to write GOOD sql. 8. Communication skills. As I hired this other company, they did suggest I change my current website to accommodate for the new ANDROID APP that will be built, but ALSO accommodate normal web users too. Specific Work to be done: 1. Redesign for appearance purposes ( I want my site to stand out, look clean and easy to use. ). I want functionality to be apparent when a user visits the site and Normalize my MySql db. 2. Have security in mind when you code, 3. Build an ANDROID APP after the redesign is done. 4. I would like to keep all my current features that my site provides now. 5. We have a 3 member website; each has its own functions. 6. I have a security report that the other company created and I would like you to design my site with the findings in the report in mind. 7. I NEED YOUR VISION and EXPERIENCE!! 8. We are changing our URL name, so the code on the current site will have to be modified. 9. Improve our current Admin Panel for easier use and easier search. 10. We can’t lose any current user data as during the rebuilding and loading of my site. If we can’t reload the current data into the newly redesign of the MySql database, then we must keep some information, and let the current customers know in an automated message/email that they will have to re-register. BUT I want to be able to pre-populate certain fields that we can keep, i.e. first name last name. So when a current user comes to NEW site, and when they log in, a message will appear stating, thank you for being one of our best members, due to some upgrades, we will require to complete this one page registration page so you can enjoy the new tools we’ve built for you. In summary this is two projects: 1. Redesign current site including database with security in mind. 2. Build a bug free/force close free ANDROID APP. Also, I am looking for a company that will be able to maintain this for update purposes and so forth… (This maintenance will be more of a service agreement between your company and me later on.) BUT I will escrow the funds. NOTE: This project WILL require more than one person. If you are a one person company, please don't bid on this project. I am looking for a company that has: 1.
