Create/Integrate Website into Joomla CMS

Hello. Please see attached images. One is of my homepage and the other is of the interior page of this website. The Joomla software has been installed at [login to view URL] . I need for you to create templates from the attached images, and integrate into the Joomla CMS system. (i also have the psd files to send you) If it helps, I have modeled this site after [login to view URL] . There are some differences, but you will see a lot of similarities.
