Re-create this website: [login to view URL] as a new Joomla website. You can have a copy of the current HTML/CSS and java JSP pages if you want. However i want a NEW Joomla website with the same functionality and clean code from the ground up. The news items themselves are derived from a MySQL database and this will remain the same. I will provide you with the queries to extract the data. There are no scrapers or RSS readers involved. That is an existing application. This project and website is solely the presentation of the data from the existing database. The operation of the 3 menu's on the left does not need to be the same as long as the same functionality is achieved. This simply means changing the filters applied to the DB query. You do not need to do the page with the demo Iframe, that will be reviewed at a later date. This project is likely to go to the lowest priced offer.
