CMS based website development

We are looking to develop a website based on any of the popular CMSs (preferably WP) with custom design. We are looking for people with excellent design skills. Here is the sample website (functionality wise) - www.seniorsforliving.com. The website will have following features: 1) Needs to be CMS based so that admin can manage it easily. 2) Will maintain a list of care providers, need to have a template for adding entries to the list. 3) Will have a lot of boxes in the right bar, and you need to design them so excellent design skills are needed. 4) Will have a blog. 5) Category page will dynamically pull content on different pages based on the category names. 6) Will have up to 10 forms/survey pages. We have everything ready and need it developed within a week. Detailed SRS will be shared with winner bid. Guys who can complete it faster will be given preference.
