Basic Website for business services

Hi we are looking to get some assistance with building a website that will be around 7 - 10 pages. We would require basics like a contact form and some graphic design and needs to be in WordPress. All the content has been written and the overall look of the website needs to be clean and modern. I would imagine this to be an easy project for any one with experience. Please note I would like the ability to update content and offer the prospect an ebook that they can download as well as a video on the front page. Ebook and video are being developed now.
